Some cool harmonic stuff in there, but rarely displays substantial composition ideas of his own. This song starts off sort of AC/DC "Back in Black" meets "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" then steals from Rage Against the Machine. Exactly when will Jacob Collier write a riff that doesn't sound like it was lifted from something else?

I was there, it was a great show - in terms of the three bands that night Europe were the strongest performance, Foreigner were incredibly dull if competent - but at least that allowed time to get a few beers in, and Whitesnake was a celebration of a career, what's not to like!

I liked their first album and always said "I'll go and see them when they tour" but never got around to it. I tried to get tickets for their 2022 show at the Manchester Apollo, which holds about 3,500. Unfortunately, they sold out both shows real quick so I couldn't go. In 2023 they announced a date at the Manchester Arena, which holds about 22,000. I couldn't believe they'd gathered enough interest to sell out an arena. I was really happy because after the Led Zeppelin comparisons I thought it would hold them back. Me and my friend went and we spent the entire 2 hours mesmerised by the entire thing. It was so refreshing to go to a gig that went back to the basics - guitar, bass, drums, vocal, pyrotechnics, over-the-top wardrobe, guitar AND drum solos. It was everything you'd want from a rock concert.

This song is my current neurodivergent hyperfocus 🤦🏻‍♀️ could be worse i guess! I cannot listen to any other music until i have exhausted my hyperfocus on this song.... It could be a day, week, month, year 🤷🏻‍♀️ i never know! I listen to this song endlessly on a loop for hours a day and i never stop being fascinated by it. I can try and listen to other music but its pointless because none of it holds my interest or makes me feel anything 🙄 I have a big 'issue' when it comes to emotions, feeling emotions, recognising what the emotions i am feeling are and this combined with my interest in psychology leads me to be absolutely fascinated by other people's emotions. This song is ALL about emotions, it is so powerful, so beautiful and so angry in a frustrated way rather than an aggressive way (i despise aggressive anger, it scares me and its so unnecessary). But there is another video for this song which also includes all the powerful videos of emotional fans of this song who relate so much to it and i find this version to be less... Finished... Wish Justin would play more of the video between interactions and wisecracks (I like his humor but he makes Elizabeth look passive, lol.) I just watched it separately, fantastic stuff. More melodic to me than Yngwie and Dragonforce. Nice to see some young guns still interested in playing so well-so many newer bands don’t even have solos anymore! Steve was wonderful as always…seen him live twice, by himself last year and with G3 years ago. Hasn’t lost a step!

i listen to a lot of music, but not any pop stuff. I had also never heard of the killers or their song before. With the amount of music these days, and the many ways to consume music, it's easy to miss pop songs. In the 80s and 90s I knew all pop songs due to only being able to learn about music through radio/tv/magazines/friends

I am an older bloke who seemingly cant get enough of these hard working girls. The songs are infectious and always offer various grooves to latch onto. Being a bassist may influence my liking of this band but still, live...there arent many bands today who offer a more visually entertaining show of energy. Their beauty and youth also lend a lot to our struggle to keep rock music in a place where the youth of today will access it and hopefully latch on!

Normally agree with you BUT Mick's new material is KILLER. Catchy riffs and 1000x better than Crüe's new songs. Mick has talent and there's no denying its presence on this album.

She is pretty mediocre to say the least. But she came in at the right time. People are getting tired of the C-Rap and Hip Hop / electronica. People want to return to ACTUAL music. She is the lucky one. And I'm all for it. Though I don't listen to her. I'm a Rush fan since 1976. She's not my cup of tea.
